Kathryn has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy that utilizes techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and others to provide individualized treatment. Kathryn offers skills-based therapy, which teaches individuals how to cope with their difficulties and empowers them to grow stronger.
